About the FP&A Role

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A at Zscaler will support the Global Professional Services Customer Engagement leadership team through strategic guidance, financial forecasting, and detailed performance reporting. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, FP&A, you will:

• Provide strategic financial guidance for decision-making and resource optimization
• Collaborate to develop accurate financial forecasts and performance reports
• Build and maintain financial models for investment analysis and scenario planning
• Track and analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage headcount forecasting in alignment with business goals

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: CA/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field; 4-6 years of experience in financial planning & analysis; knowledge of Tableau and SQL or comparable visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in advanced Excel financial modeling, and experience with Professional Services, Customer Success, or Customer Support teams.
