The Role

As the Engineering Manager for the Cloud Browser Isolation Product Team, reporting to the Director, Software Engineering, based in Madrid, you will:

  • Lead a team of 8-10 software engineers
  • Drive product and roadmap initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality outputs from feature development to system reliability
  • Plan capacity and allocate resources
  • Manage performance and career progression for direct reports

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, 8+ years in software development and delivery, and 2+ years in leading high-performance engineering teams, along with previous experience as a software engineer and proficiency in Golang and Distributed Systems.

Preferred qualifications include data-driven decision making, proven ownership, and JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
