About the role
As a Technical Account Manager at Zowie, you will become a builder‐coach owning the adoption outcomes for our GenAI platform. Your role involves guiding customers from initial configuration to transformative impact by designing integrations, shaping best practices, and enabling self‐service capabilities. You will serve as the ultimate advisor while collaborating with internal teams and Account Directors to drive successful customer journeys.
What you'll do
- Become an expert in building and customizing AI Agents.
- Bridge business needs with technical solutions.
- Handle advanced configurations and integrations with systems like e-commerce platforms, CRMs, and APIs.
- Advise and build strong relationships with customer champions and stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of customers across onboarding, optimization, renewal, and advocacy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and success stories.
Ideally, you'll bring with you
- 5+ years experience working with B2B customers and 3+ in technical account management or solutions consulting.
- Passion for translating technology into business impact.
- Ability to independently engage with customers and drive implementations.
- Hands-on technical experience in prompt engineering, JS/Python scripting, and API integrations.
- Proven track record of building stakeholder relationships and consultative success.
- Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to simplify complex concepts and demonstrate ROI.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
It'll be awesome if you have
- Experience in AI Agents chatbots, CRM, or customer service technologies.
- Enterprise-level project experience with C-level stakeholder engagement.
- Prior roles combining customer success and implementation ownership.
