We’re seeking a CBR / RFI Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity.

What You’ll Do as a CBR / RFI Specialist

  • Work within our client RFI application and client bill review workfile, collaborating closely with clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and meticulous documentation of processes.
  • Proactively identify billing issues and emerging trends.
  • Engage in clear communication with insurance companies, vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve claims effectively.
  • Process appeals, file corrected claims, update insurance information, and adhere to established processes.

What You’ll Bring to Zotec Partners

  • AR follow-up experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret complex medical billing documentation and data.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, concepts, and cross-functional work methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Skilled in identifying and addressing issues, employing critical thinking for innovative solutions.
  • Capable of prioritizing workflow and meeting deadlines within a high-volume environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
