About the Role

The Community Support Specialist role involves engaging directly with our community to educate, assist, and foster growth through timely support. This role is perfect for someone passionate about Web3 and creative in their approach to community building.

Expected Commitment

20 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Core support hours align with GMT (Western/Central Europe).

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and prioritize support requests from social channels.
  • Collaborate across time zones for round-the-clock coverage.
  • Reduce response times across key support channels.
  • Create tickets in Linear for product and engineering teams.
  • Perform content moderation on various platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of Ethereum, tokens, and market mechanics.
  • Experience in customer support or community management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with crypto platforms, tokens, and DEXs.
  • Interest in Web3 news and culture, especially on Farcaster or X.
  • Hands-on experience with Zora or similar platforms.
  • Experience in community moderation or engagement.

Compensation

Hourly pay rate from $25/hr to $30/hr USD. Compensation reflects market indicators, candidate experience, and skill level. Zora may offer higher compensation in exceptional circumstances.
