About the Role

Zoox is embarking on an ambitious journey to develop a full-stack autonomous mobility solution for cities. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with engineering leaders across software, hardware, vehicle engineering, and product to translate corporate strategy into tactical roadmaps and execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules, milestones, and detailed roadmaps.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations to various teams.
  • Collaborate with finance to track resource requirements and budgets.
  • Establish standard reports to communicate program status and risks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Motion Planning, Simulation, Localization, and Mapping.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years in engineering, program management, or management consulting. Deep familiarity with software, hardware, or automotive development processes is essential, along with a strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $205,000 to $284,000 per year. Compensation includes salary, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, Amazon RSUs, and a potential sign-on bonus. Zoox offers comprehensive benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, long term care, and more.
