ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. In the role of Manager, Sales Development, you will lead a diverse team of inbound sales professionals to identify and nurture opportunities and drive growth.
What You Will Do
- Build and train the Inbound Sales Development team to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Define performance metrics and coach team members through shadowing, role plays, and one-on-one sessions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Account Management to align campaigns with territory plans.
- Leverage creative sales tactics to prospect and engage multiple buyer personas.
- Manage reports and dashboards for clear communication to stakeholders.
- Iterate on processes, training, and hiring profiles in line with core values.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Sales Development Representatives.
What You Bring
- Minimum 1+ years management experience in inbound sales or sales development.
- Proven track record of delivering robust sales pipelines in fast growing companies.
- Deep understanding of the Inbound SDR motion and motivation of early career sellers.
- Experience with AI tools in evolving sales development roles and GTM solutions is a plus.
- Strong active listening skills and a passion for customer relationships.
- Knowledge of the sales technology ecosystem including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo tools.
Compensation and Location
This position offers a base salary range of $70,500 to $105,000 plus variable compensation and benefits. It is an in-office role available in Waltham, MA; Vancouver, WA; or Bethesda, MD.
