About the Role
The Value Realization Advisor - AI at Zoom partners with enterprise leaders to connect CX strategy, operating models, and technology investments to real business outcomes. This role is a hands‑on position at the intersection of sales, product, and customer experience strategy. You will advise on AI‑enabled transformation in the CX space, develop financial models, create executive narratives, and support internal teams and customers in understanding the impact of AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Value Realization, Sales, Product, and Leadership to shape CX strategy.
- Frame customer conversations around outcomes such as efficiency, growth, and experience.
- Analyze customer strategies, revenue models, and operating models to identify CX improvements enhanced by AI.
- Support pre‑sales engagements with value activities including experience design and business case development.
- Translate AI capabilities into clear adoption strategies and executive‐ready narratives.
- Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions.
- Develop and maintain actionable frameworks, assets, and accelerators for client engagements.
What Success Looks Like
Success is defined by early engagement in complex opportunities, clear executive communications on CX impact, converting strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, and maintaining current, usable value frameworks.
Experience & Background
- 6–9+ years in SaaS CX organizations, management consultancy, or complex operations environments.
- Deep experience in AI-enabled digital transformation and CX technologies.
- Proven ability to build boardroom-ready narratives and financial models.
- Strong service design and CX technology fluency.
- Comfortable engaging executives and leading strategic sessions.
