About The Team
The Zoom sales team drives success by offering innovative communication solutions to clients globally. They prioritize partnerships and a customer-focused approach to enhance virtual collaboration. Their efforts are vital in expanding Zoom's international reach and ensuring businesses maximize virtual communication potential.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic sales engagements, providing expert-level technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Acting as a subject-matter expert on AI, UCaaS and CCaaS technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborating with the Global architecture and Customer Success Engineering teams to drive product enhancements and innovation.
- Contributing to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, product development, and processes based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Conducting thorough analyses of client requirements to deliver tailored engineering solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Have experience in technical customer-facing roles in a UCaaS / CCaaS environment.
- Be highly proficient in all areas related to our products and represent the technical aspects of how we solve customer problems.
- Possess experience in Unified Communications or Contact Center support as a Solutions Engineer.
- Have experience in working within a high-volume Account environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating APIs or automating workflows effectively to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in networking protocols and implement security best practices effectively.
