Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into impactful design solutions.
- Solve complex design challenges with user-centered principles.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers.
- Raise potential design or user experience risks and propose solutions.
What We’re Looking For
A strong portfolio with 5+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. A bachelor degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience is required. You should be able to tackle complex design challenges, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and have a drive for mentorship.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is from $98,900 to $228,700 with additional elements such as bonus and equity. Zoom offers competitive benefits to support your physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being.
