What You Can Expect

As a Senior Product Designer on Zoom Contact Center’s Analytics & Reporting team, you will lead the design of intuitive, impactful data experiences. You will craft visual interfaces, refine micro-interactions and shape how users explore insights, monitor performance, and make informed decisions at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic design initiatives aligning with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation with new tools, methods, and design processes.
  • Create scalable design systems and detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
  • Mentor junior designers to foster team growth and maturity.
  • Conduct user research via usability tests, interviews, and surveys.
  • Identify design risks early and propose balanced solutions.
  • Own projects from start to finish delivering high-quality results.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in user-centered design with a strong portfolio.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise with modern design tools, especially Figma.
  • Ability to transform complex datasets into intuitive visual storytelling.
  • Clear communication and strong storytelling skills.
  • Experience mentoring designers and leading by example.

Salary & Compensation

The position offers a range based on qualifications, with a base starting near $98,900 up to $228,700, plus bonus and equity components.
