About The Team
Zoom's Strategic Partnerships team drives business growth and product adoption by cultivating alliances with key technology providers, systems integrators (SIs), and channel partners. They collaborate with internal teams to develop joint sales strategies, integrate Zoom's platform (APIs/SDKs) into other workflows, and manage partner relationships to expand into new markets like healthcare and education.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and building technology partnerships that accelerate product growth and customer value creation.
- Leading the structuring and negotiation of complex technical and commercial agreements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, including executive leadership, sales, and technical teams.
- Coordinating partnership strategy and execution across a diverse set of project stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering, to drive alignment and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Creating and implementing joint go-to-market strategies responsive to evolving market dynamics and customer needs, driving product adoption and revenue growth; leverage partner ecosystem to unlock access to new customer bases, geo segments and revenue potential.
- Tracking and analyzing partnership performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize partnership outcomes.
- Driving Zoom Workplace adoption through strategic vision and leadership; anticipate trends to shape long-term product direction; uncover opportunities to strengthen Zoom’s market position.
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years in Business Development, Product Development, or Corporate Strategy & Planning roles, ideally with direct product management experience.
- Direct experience sourcing and executing complex technology partnerships.
- Have quantitative acumen, including extensive experience in financial modeling, business case development and complex commercial negotiation.
- Have advanced technical proficiency and thought leadership in Workplace technologies and future-forward technology landscape.
- Possess acumen and passion for Zoom's product portfolio, with deep market intelligence and a comprehensive view of Zoom's current and future market direction.
- Track record of building and developing new partnerships or alliances with industry-leading customers and partners.
- Have experience influencing ELT-level stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Have experience designing and implementing go-to-market strategies for growth and success.
- Have a history of operational excellence with an ability to link strategy to execution.
- Have experience managing relationships with partners, resulting in significant revenue growth and market expansion.
