What You Can Expect
As the Senior Counsel, Third Party Risk Management at Zoom, you will lead the Third Party Risk Management program, protecting the company from corruption and sanctions risks. Your role involves designing compliance frameworks, assessing complex partnerships, and advising cross-functional teams to ensure ethical business practices globally while enabling strategic growth.

Responsibilities
- Design and manage anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and sanctions compliance programs aligned with FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OFAC, and global regulations.
- Oversee third party due diligence processes including risk assessment, screening, and monitoring of agents, distributors, and resellers.
- Provide legal guidance and risk assessments on complex third party relationships, transactions, and applicable sanctions regimes.
- Create and deliver training programs on compliance topics for employees, leadership, and business partners globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk management practices into business processes and monitor regulatory developments.
What We’re Looking For
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 8+ years of legal experience with significant focus on compliance and risk management.
- 5+ years of experience in anti-bribery, anti-corruption, sanctions, or third party risk management.
- Deep knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OFAC sanctions regulations and relevant compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective compliance programs in complex organizations.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to drive initiatives to completion.
- Experience in the technology sector, global SaaS environments, or multi-jurisdictional compliance settings.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range is from $97,600.00 to $225,700.00, with total compensation including base salary, bonus, and equity. Zoom offers a structured hybrid work approach and a comprehensive benefits program that supports physical, mental, emotional, and financial health.
