Zoom is seeking a dedicated PX Operations Manager to maintain our People Experience operations. This role drives automation initiatives and enhances employee experience using innovative AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and HR strategy.

About The Team

The team supports Zoom’s overall business strategy by catering to the needs of our people. They oversee hiring, onboarding, development, rewards, and continuous improvement for all Zoom employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system and process automation initiatives, including AI tool implementation.
  • Maintain and optimize HR technologies like Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and AI-enhanced policies.
  • Create reporting dashboards with AI data visualization for strategic decisions.
  • Manage organizational changes and smooth transitions using automation.
  • Coordinate international/regional HR projects with compliance in mind.
  • Oversee financial and compliance management with AI-assisted auditing.
  • Support recruitment and talent management with data-driven insights.
  • Develop presentation materials leveraging AI for enhanced clarity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement solutions and drive improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 8-10 years of HR operations experience, proficiency with HR technologies, AI tool implementation experience, and strong project management and analytical skills. Experience with international HR operations and compliance, especially in Europe, is preferred. Excellent communication and an innovative mindset are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $126,500.00 to $276,700.00 based on experience, along with bonus and equity options. Zoom offers comprehensive benefits, supporting physical, mental, emotional, and financial health, along with work-life balance initiatives.
