About The Team

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. The DevOps organization supports the backbone of the infrastructure ensuring services are reliable, scalable, and continuously improving. The team values data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with service teams to define dashboards showcasing key service health metrics.
  • Create and iterate spreadsheet models reflecting real-world service operations.

What We’re Looking For

At least 5+ years of experience in building data models to support online service operations.

Salary & Compensation

Salary range is from $98,900 to $228,700, with additional components such as bonus and equity based on qualifications and experience.
