What You Can Expect

You will lead enablement programs that accelerate revenue team performance across global markets. You'll partner with sales, product, and marketing leaders to design and deliver scalable training that drives measurable business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth and customer engagement through strategic enablement.

We deliver enablement programs that empower Zoom's global revenue organization to perform at their best. Our team collaborates across functions to align training with strategic priorities and business goals. We exist to accelerate productivity, elevate customer engagement, and drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of Enablement Managers to deliver high-impact training programs across sales, partner, and technical roles globally
  • Partnering with regional and functional GTM leaders to align enablement priorities with business goals and performance metrics
  • Designing and activating scalable enablement programs that translate strategic initiatives into measurable productivity gains
  • Overseeing quarterly launches, planning cycles, and enablement reviews while tracking adoption and business impact through data-driven KPIs
  • Driving enablement execution at major events including Sales Kick-Off, training summits, and weekly learning sessions

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrate 8–10 years of experience in Sales or GTM Enablement leadership within SaaS, UCaaS, or related technology organizations
  • Lead global or regional enablement teams for 5+ years with proven success in driving measurable business outcomes
  • Design and deliver enablement programs that have demonstrably improved sales performance and revenue metrics
  • Manage large-scale enablement events such as Sales Kick-Off or global training summits
  • Apply sales methodologies (Value Selling, MEDDIC) and CRM processes to enablement program design
  • Communicate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures with strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Utilize enablement and sales tools such as Seismic, Asana, Zoom, or LMS platforms
  • Travel globally up to 30% to support regional teams and events
