About The Role
Zoom is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our People Analytics team within the IT department. In this role, you will architect and maintain robust data infrastructure that powers analytics for our People Experience (PX) organization. You'll design scalable ETL pipelines, build optimized data models, and ensure data quality across multiple HR systems. Transforming raw people data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets that drive strategic workforce decisions.About The Team

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation.
- Expertise in AWS data services and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience working with Workday or similar HR systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
