About The Team
As a Partner Contact Center Consulting Solution Engineer, you will be an expert in Zoom’s Contact Experience solutions. Your role will involve technical onboarding, development, and enablement of CX-focused partners, helping them level up their contact centers while driving Zoom’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted pre-sales advisor for North America and LATAM CX channels.
- Translate technical and business requirements into practical solutions.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with CX channel partners.
- Create technical business plans to drive Zoom CX adoption.
- Conduct technical presales training and enablement for partners.
- Collaborate with ZCX Product teams to relay partner and customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of CX/Cloud CCaaS Channel Solution Engineering experience.
- Strong business and technical acumen in the CX industry.
- Expertise in Contact Center, Workforce Management, Workforce Engagement, Reporting/Analytics, Chatbot, and Voicebot technologies.
- Experience developing go-to-market channel strategies and technical onboarding.
- Understanding of channel sales motions and CX market trends.
Salary and Benefits
Base salary ranges from $131,200 to $262,400 with additional bonus and equity value, according to qualifications and experience. Zoom also offers a comprehensive benefits program to support your physical, mental, emotional, and financial health, along with a commitment to work-life balance.
