About The Team
The Online Business Operations team supports our global Online organization by driving alignment between sales strategies, business objectives, and measurable outcomes. They manage tools, data, and reporting frameworks that power revenue forecasting, productivity analysis, and executive decision-making in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform budgeting, planning, financial analysis, and variance analysis.
- Enhance costing models, margin management tools, and forecasting processes.
- Analyze sales KPIs, historical trends, and revenue data for meetings and presentations.
- Manage Salesforce CRM data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Prepare leadership and stakeholder presentations and provide training.
- Optimize processes and policies to support scalable programs.
What We’re Looking For
We require a strategic operator with a relevant degree and extensive experience. Candidates should have a robust background in managing P&L, financial modeling, budgeting, planning, and revenue forecasting, along with proficiency in Salesforce CRM. Excellent communication, cross-functional partnership, and the ability to lead or mentor teams are essential. Applicants must be comfortable in high-growth environments and prioritize strategically across multiple initiatives.
Salary & Compensation
