About the AI Specialist Manager Role at Zoom
As an AI Specialist Manager at Zoom, you will be instrumental in spearheading the go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth for Zoom's cutting-edge AI products. This role involves building and nurturing a high-performing team of AI Sales Specialists, empowering them to help enterprise customers seamlessly integrate and operationalize agentic AI within their workflows. You will be responsible for defining the strategic playbook that translates innovative AI capabilities into tangible, measurable business outcomes for our customers.
About The Team
Our team at Zoom is dedicated to accelerating AI adoption and monetization across Zoom's extensive enterprise customer base. We operate as a highly collaborative unit, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success departments. Our core mission is to enable customers to fully unlock and leverage the immense potential of AI at scale, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue strategy and execution for AI products, overseeing pipeline creation, conversion, and expansion across both enterprise and commercial segments.
- Build, coach, and develop a team of AI Sales Specialists who will partner with account teams to deliver outcome-based AI solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, robust sales enablement programs, and effective customer engagement models designed to scale AI monetization globally.
- Collaborate strategically with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align roadmap priorities, integrate customer feedback, and enhance adoption programs.
- Lead executive-level customer engagements, tracking key performance metrics to continuously refine strategy and improve overall team effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated 8–10+ years of extensive experience in enterprise sales, pre-sales leadership, or AI solution management roles.
- Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth through direct and overlay sales motions within SaaS or AI product environments.
- Deep understanding and practical application of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic AI principles to complex enterprise workflows.
- Capability to translate sophisticated product capabilities into scalable go-to-market strategies and repeatable sales plays.
- Strong ability to partner effectively with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and foster growth.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with C-level stakeholders and inspiring internal teams.
- Experience leading AI or advanced technology sales teams in dynamic enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in navigating and utilizing enterprise workflow platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Jira.
