Position Overview

The Desktop Support Engineer L2 will provide advanced technical support to end-users, handle complex desktop-related issues, and assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage Windows Deployment Services (WDS) with MDT.
  • Customize OS images as per requirements.
  • Utilize antivirus solutions such as CrowdStrike and Windows Defender.
  • Apply basic scripting and networking knowledge.
  • Maintain reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Ensure Information Security compliance for corporate and lab devices.
  • Follow ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5+ years in IT support.
