Purpose of the Role
As a Junior Growth Marketing Specialist at Zocks, you will play a key role in supporting and executing targeted marketing campaigns designed to nurture engagement and drive adoption of our AI meeting assistant among U.S.-based financial advisors. This role is focused on personalized email outreach (not typical newsletter broadcasts). You’ll work with a diverse tech stack and be part of a dynamic team where adaptability, creativity, and continuous optimization are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage dynamic email outreach sequences tailored to U.S. financial advisors, ensuring messaging feels personal and human-centred.
- Own campaign tracking, monitoring, and performance optimization across multiple concurrent campaigns (webinars, events, demos).
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with product updates and feature launches.
- Use tools like Apollo, Instantly AI, and similar platforms for outreach execution, sequencing, and automation.
- Analyze campaign performance data and proactively suggest improvements to boost engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Support strategic initiatives around user retention and engagement, including in-app messaging, pop-ups, and chat prompts.
- Contribute to other marketing activities such as content support for help articles, assisting in PPC text creation, or small web updates when needed.
Skills & Experience
- Fluent Hungarian and English (written & verbal) — able to write persuasive, conversational outreach tailored to U.S. audiences.
- About 1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, IT services or other tech-centric marketing roles.
- Experience with outreach tools and automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, or similar).
- Comfortable working with multiple campaigns simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and evolving product features.
- Tech-savvy mindset — quick to learn and experiment with new tools, workflows, and optimizations.
- Strong analytical instincts — able to monitor metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Ideally exposure to retention and engagement strategies (in-app messaging, lifecycle flows), and experience or interest in content creation, email sequencing strategy, or marketing funnel optimization.
