Your Impact on our Mission

As a Senior Manager, Product Analytics, you’ll lead a high-performing analytics team that partners with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional leaders to drive decision-making. You will own medium- and long-term planning, develop top talent, and serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership.

Your Day-to-Day Is…

• Leading and mentoring a team of analysts.
• Providing analytical leadership to influence product roadmaps.
• Designing high-impact analytics solutions and contributing to projects.
• Influencing decision making with quantitative and qualitative data insights.
• Owning team roadmaps, defining success criteria, and aligning priorities.
• Establishing refined processes to improve analytical workflows and quality.
• Mentoring direct reports on technical and career skills.
• Driving alignment between cross-functional teams on objectives and metrics.
• Partnering with Product, Data, Engineering, and Finance for strategy and insights.

You’ll be Successful in this Role if You Have…

• 4+ years leading high-performing analytics teams.
• 6+ years in analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership.
• Strong expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Deep knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, statistical modeling, forecasting, and segmentation.
• Solid experience with data modeling, warehousing, and analytics architecture.
• Skilled at managing priorities, organizational complexity, and building alignment.
• Excellent communication across business and technical stakeholders.
