Your Impact on our Mission

As the Group Product Manager for Zo, our AI-powered phone product, you will drive strategy, define success, and lead a team of product managers transforming patient and provider connections. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the forefront of healthcare and AI innovation.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Zo.
• Build, lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Marketing, Sales, BD, and Operations.
• Continuously iterate using experimentation, customer feedback, and analytics.
• Champion best-in-class product development practices and team rituals.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of product experience with B2B SaaS products.
• 3+ years of management experience in product teams.
• Experience shipping complex, technical products that drive growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Startup and AI/ML technology experience is a plus.
