Job Description
Ziroom Interior Designer
This position is sourced from Liepin.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and identify potential issues, determine configuration styles, and proficiently create configuration scheme lists.
- Complete the design of interior space layout drawings and water and electricity construction point drawings. Responsible for on-site design briefings and confirmation of design changes during the process.
- Complete dispatch orders for various suppliers.
- Responsible for cost estimation and in-process cost management.
Job Requirements
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution, primarily in architecture or interior design. Related knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Proficient in operating CAD drawing software, accurately and efficiently drawing construction drawings. Familiar with drawing specifications and standards, with good blueprint deepening capabilities.
- Possess good communication and comprehension skills, able to accurately grasp design concepts and cooperate with product standards to complete construction drawing deepening design.
Maintain a serious and rigorous work attitude, be able to withstand certain work pressure, have a strong sense of responsibility, and possess a team spirit.
