Job Description
Interior Design Specialist
Ziroom is seeking a dedicated Interior Design Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to identify design needs and establish configuration styles, creating detailed configuration scheme lists.
- Design interior space layouts and electrical/plumbing point maps, providing on-site design explanations and confirming design changes during the process.
- Manage vendor dispatching.
- Responsible for cost estimation and ongoing cost management.
Requirements
- Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software for accurate and efficient drawing of construction blueprints, with a strong understanding of drafting standards and specifications.
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills, with the ability to accurately grasp design concepts and collaborate to finalize construction drawings according to product standards.
- Serious and rigorous work attitude, ability to withstand work pressure, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
