Your Role

As a Senior/Principal Product Manager, Sourcing & Purchasing at Zip, you will lead multiple product initiatives within the Sourcing and Purchasing products. You will be responsible for maintaining a consumer-grade collaboration experience, managing complex cross-functional workflows, and ensuring impeccable quality of product rollouts.

You Will

  • Work directly with customers and customer-facing teams to understand user needs.
  • Act as the voice of the procurement and sourcing teams within the product team.
  • Develop a compelling product roadmap and detailed specifications.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of core product features.
  • Design robust rollout and quality processes with stakeholders.
  • Assist with tasks as needed to ensure team success.
  • Mentor junior product managers in core product management skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience, including 4+ years in SaaS, with proven capability to ship sophisticated products that ensure a great user experience. Technical acumen to ask engineers the right questions, excellent communication skills, and a high attention to detail are essential. Preference for candidates with experience leading other product managers.
