Your Role

As a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant at Zip, you will drive customer onboarding and guide ERP implementations, influencing the product roadmap. You will work with a variety of clients such as OpenAI, Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, and Databricks while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

What You Will Do

  • Lead new customer onboarding and requirements analysis.
  • Manage end-to-end ERP implementation and process design.
  • Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers.
  • Coordinate proactive project management across multiple customers.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to align on customer requests.
  • Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate value.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in Procurement/Sourcing, ERP consulting, or B2B SaaS roles.
  • Experience with ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, Netsuite, etc.).
  • Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with software configuration and working with cross-functional teams.
