Your Role
As a Product Designer, you will lead design for a core product area. You will be working on features including request management, no-code workflow builders, dashboards, sourcing, and payments. Your role includes strategic planning, designing intuitive user experiences, and collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, and customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute strategic thinking to product features and roadmap
- Design products for complex workflows
- Own overall user experience for a product area
- Collaborate with product and customer teams
- Iterate designs based on user feedback
- Participate in design reviews
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or consumer technology
- Proven track record shipping a full product or significant feature
- Experience in visual and UX design collaboration
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Understanding of web (CSS/HTML/JS) and mobile (Swift, Kotlin/Java) design limitations
Work Arrangement & Salary
This role is based in New York on a hybrid model (3 days/week) with a salary range of $150k - $200k, determined by various job-related factors.
