Your Role

As a Product Designer, you will lead design for a core product area. You will be working on features including request management, no-code workflow builders, dashboards, sourcing, and payments. Your role includes strategic planning, designing intuitive user experiences, and collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute strategic thinking to product features and roadmap
  • Design products for complex workflows
  • Own overall user experience for a product area
  • Collaborate with product and customer teams
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback
  • Participate in design reviews

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or consumer technology
  • Proven track record shipping a full product or significant feature
  • Experience in visual and UX design collaboration
  • Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
  • Understanding of web (CSS/HTML/JS) and mobile (Swift, Kotlin/Java) design limitations

Work Arrangement & Salary

This role is based in New York on a hybrid model (3 days/week) with a salary range of $150k - $200k, determined by various job-related factors.
