About the Role: Senior Product Manager HR Transformation

The Senior Product Manager HR Transformation will own the HR Transformation Roadmap by aligning global HR processes and technology with Zinnia’s strategic business goals. The role involves partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and leadership to modernize the HR ecosystem and ensure seamless employee experiences across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.

  • HR Transformation Roadmap: Develop a multi-year HR product and technology strategy and manage the HR technology portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across global HR, IT, Finance, and business units.
  • Technology Integration & Automation: Lead implementation of an integrated HRIS platform with AI-driven analytics and workflow automation.
  • Employee Experience: Enhance the employee journey from onboarding to recognition and retention.
  • Change Leadership: Implement adoption strategies with comprehensive communication plans and HR town halls.
  • AI and Metrics: Deploy AI solutions and establish KPIs to drive transformation success.
