Who You Are
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic problem-solving abilities. You will independently drive analytics initiatives within the Operations team and translate data into actionable insights to improve efficiency and business KPIs.
What You’ll Do
- Drive analytics strategy and identify efficiency improvements.
- Apply advanced analytics methods like inferential modeling and causal analysis.
- Design A/B tests to optimize operations including fraud detection and compliance.
- Develop frameworks for operational KPIs such as TAT, Cost Per Transaction, and SLA adherence.
- Transform complex data into clear recommendations using visualization tools like Power BI.
- Collaborate with Operations, Data Engineering, and Product teams.
- Enhance data pipelines and automation to reduce manual work.
- Mentor junior analysts and drive data analysis best practices.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years’ experience in data analytics focused on operations or business strategy.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and working with relational cloud databases (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Experience designing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression, forecasting, and causal inference.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Ability to work independently and influence business decisions with data strategies.
Bonus Points
Experience with ML/AI for operational efficiency, event-tracking frameworks, and strong data storytelling in high-growth environments.
