What You Will Do

  • Customer Need Analysis: Actively engage with customers through interviews, workshops, and research to gather and document business requirements.
  • Use Case Analysis: Translate customer requirements into functional specifications for the development team, ensuring customer-centric use cases drive outcomes.
  • Value Proposition Analysis: Collaborate with the Product Owner to shape product strategy, defining business value based on customer goals.
  • Customer-Driven Prioritization: Maintain a backlog prioritized by potential customer impact to ensure maximum customer value.
  • Continuous Feedback Loop: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and the internal team, ensuring clarity and addressing concerns.
  • Solution Validation and Metrics: Define, implement, and track performance metrics to assess solution effectiveness from the customer’s perspective.
  • Product Demos and User Training: Prepare and support the team in delivering product demos and user training sessions.
  • Prototyping and Mockups: Create conceptual prototypes and mockups based on customer insights to facilitate validation and alignment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and technical solutions.
  • Customer-Focused Project Management: Plan and monitor deliverables for on-time completion of projects critical to customer success.
  • Customer Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to consolidate insights into product usage and identify areas for improvement.
  • Requirements Analysis: Facilitate communication between customers, business stakeholders, and development teams for successful project delivery.
  • Expert in Product Domain: Become an expert in at least one area of the Product, understanding its impact on customer experience.

What You Will Bring To The Table

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with software product management lifecycle and Agile methodologies, focused on customer-driven solutions.
  • Ability to own small, well-scoped workflows and implementations that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset, capable of creative thinking and relationship building.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex messages clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive, with the ability to manage multiple customer priorities.
  • Strong project management and tracking skills, comfortable making decisions that prioritize customer outcomes.

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of Relational DB Concepts and Design.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and service-oriented (SOA) architectures.
  • Knowledge of event-driven (EDA) architecture.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, focused on customer engagement and satisfaction.
