We are seeking a talented Part-Time Videographer/Video Editor to support our marketing team. This role will be responsible for setting up and capturing film and audio content, as well as editing video across a variety of formats. We work with a small, collaborative team and prefer candidates who can operate effectively within a lean structure alongside a separate editor or videographer.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling video content that supports the firm’s marketing and brand initiatives.
  • Set up and manage film and audio equipment for a variety of shoots, including attorney spotlights, client testimonials, and educational content.
  • Edit video and audio content to produce polished, professional-quality deliverables aligned with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, schedule, and execute video shoots efficiently.
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets the firm’s quality and messaging standards.
  • Attend weekly touch points with the marketing team to align on priorities, timelines, and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain and organize video assets and project files in a structured, accessible manner.
  • Assist in developing concepts and creative direction for video campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience creating and editing video campaigns in a professional services field (legal, medical, finance, scientific, or similar).
  • Proven ability to independently manage shoots from setup through final delivery.
  • Strong working knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and audio tools.
  • Experience with camera setups, lighting, and audio equipment in professional environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in pacing, audio quality, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to operate collaboratively within a small team structure, including alongside a separate videographer or editor.
  • Experience with task management software such as Asana or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
