Zinda Law Group is looking for a Paid Digital Specialist who's ready to own our paid advertising strategy and help us reach the people who need us most. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly impacts the firm's growth — and you'll have the support, resources, and creative freedom to do it right.
What You'll Do
Paid Search & Campaign Management
- Build, manage, and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and beyond.
- Conduct deep keyword research to maximize budget efficiency while hitting traffic, conversion, and ROI/ROAS goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics via Google Analytics to ensure peak performance at all times.
- Produce clear, actionable weekly performance reports for leadership.
- Make strategic recommendations on keyword expansion and budget prioritization.
Paid Social
- Execute and manage paid social media campaigns that drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes to keep our campaigns competitive.
Cross-Functional Contributions
- Manage individual and team projects with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term brand strategy and positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors while staying current on the latest in paid advertising.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, confident communicator — comfortable presenting to and interacting with executive leadership.
Bonus Points
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal marketing environment.
