About The Role
As the Sr. Program Manager, Executive Development, you will shape Zillow’s executive talent pipeline by partnering with senior executives, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams. You will design and deliver programs to identify, develop, and retain top talent, directly impacting leadership alignment and future growth.
- Talent Review & Succession Planning: Lead executive talent review processes, partner on digital tools, and deliver actionable insights.
- Executive Coaching & Assessment: Oversee coaching programs and implement leadership assessments including 360 feedback and psychometrics.
- High Potential Leader Programs: Design and refine virtual high-potential leadership programs aligned with business strategy.
- Data Driven Impact: Collaborate with People Analytics to prepare executive-level talent reports for the C-suite.
This role is categorized as Remote. U.S. employees may reside in any state, subject to exceptions.
