Zillow’s Agentic AI & Experience team is reinventing how people find their next home. They are responsible for developing novel, agentic experiences that reshape home buying and renting through personalized journeys enriched with timely insights and guided actions.

About The Role
The Senior Product Manager is a full-stack experience builder with sharp product instinct, deep technical and AI fluency, and strong design sense. This role is focused on exploring agentic AI that redefines the home shopping journey through rapid prototyping, user testing, and productionalization of innovative experiences.
- Define and test hypotheses on agentic experiences
- Create rapid prototypes and validate with real usage
- Own metrics, experimentation, and iterative product enhancements
- Ensure responsible AI practices with data privacy and fair housing considerations
You Will Get To
Lead 0→1 AI products from ambiguous ideas to real-world testing, design novel agentic experiences, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive productionization of prototypes ensuring quality and safety.
Who You Are
With 5+ years in product management, you have spearheaded consumer experiences and new product launches. You are fluent in modern AI capabilities, comfortable with rapid prototyping, and excel at translating customer insights into clear product strategies. A collaborative leader, you have a track record in transforming ambiguous challenges into robust, scalable solutions.
