About The Team
At Zillow, the top real estate website in the U.S., we empower people to unlock life’s next chapter through innovative and equitable solutions. The Engagement Data Warehouse (EGDW) team is at the heart of building and operating engagement and top‑of‑funnel data products.
The team works with large‑scale clickstream and engagement data along with email, push, SEO/traffic, and seller engagement data to support decisions in Data Science, AI/ML, Marketing Analytics, Experimentation, and Product.
About The Role
This role requires a leader to own the vision and roadmap for engagement and top‑of‑funnel data products serving Growth, Shopping, Marketing, and Experimentation. You will lead a team of data engineers working with petabyte‑scale datasets and serve as a bridge between technical and business sides.
- Define and drive the data strategy for engagement products.
- Lead a high-impact team and scale engineering efforts.
- Champion engineering excellence with design reviews and data standards.
- Communicate complex trade‑offs to senior leadership.
- Invest in people development and foster an inclusive culture.
