About the Role

The Sales Operations Analyst supports and executes the compensation planning and performance agenda for Enhanced Markets. The role requires deep expertise in sales operations, strong analytical skills, and effective cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Planning & Insights: Analyze compensation performance, cost of sales/ROI, and regional trends.
  • Support variable compensation structures and incentive program administration.
  • Collaborate with teams including Sales Finance, HR, Legal, FP&A, and Sales Leadership.
  • Track and report on SPIFFs and incentive effectiveness with actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct audits to ensure process compliance and accuracy.
  • Utilize tools like Gong to summarize frontline insights and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Compensation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Work Arrangement

This is a Remote position. U.S. employees may reside anywhere in the 50 states with limited exceptions.
