The Zillow Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Experience team is reinventing home shopping by developing novel multimodal models and experiences. They combine quantitative and qualitative insights to rapidly test and launch tailored customer experiences on the US's largest real estate marketplace.

About The Role

As a Principal Product Manager Multimodal Vision AI at Zillow, you will drive the strategic innovation and integration of multimodal and computer vision AI technologies. Your focus will be on advancing capabilities across computer vision, natural language processing, multimodal fusion, and document intelligence to revolutionize home shopping.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading the integration of multimodal AI technologies into customer experiences.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovative customer insights into homes and locations.
  • Developing and evolving Zillow's multimodal AI roadmap.
  • Collaborating with applied scientists, ML engineers, designers, and researchers using Zillow's extensive real estate dataset.
  • Translating complex technical capabilities into high-impact user experiences.
  • Leading cross-functional teams from conception to production while ensuring robust model deployment.
  • Championing responsible AI practices including bias mitigation, privacy, and compliance.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced and technical leader with:

  • 8+ years in product management roles in D2C/B2C environments.
  • 3+ years focused on multimodal AI systems spanning computer vision and NLP.
  • Experience with computer vision techniques such as object detection and image classification.
  • Proven track record of shipping complex ML/AI products at scale.
  • Strong product sense to translate technical capabilities into real-world applications.
  • Cross-functional leadership skills in technical environments.
  • Expertise in responsible AI practices and ethical considerations.
