About The Role
This role is for seasoned sales professionals who manage a book of business and achieve quotas by focusing on larger business needs, challenges, and opportunities. You will build a robust pipeline, engage decision makers, and ensure high activation and implementation rates to drive significant sales growth.
You Will Get To:
- Manage a portfolio of 500+ accounts to meet quarterly quotas.
- Deeply understand prospect needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify decision makers and link solutions to pressing challenges.
- Engage internal executive sponsorship prior to need.
- Maintain accurate CRM and forecasting activity information.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
This remote role offers competitive base pay complemented by incentive compensation and equity awards. The base hourly range varies by location within the US.
Who You Are
You are a solution-oriented, coachable, and persistent sales professional who excels in building strong, customer-focused relationships and effectively using data to tell compelling stories.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of full cycle B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record managing a 500+ account portfolio.
- Experience using CRM and engagement tools effectively.
- Ability to conduct executive level presentations and team selling.
- Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time.
- Experience handling a $1M+ annual quota.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leveraging Challenger Sales Methodology and SPIN Framework along with advanced CRM proficiency.
