Job Description
About The Team
Zillow Group is transforming the real estate transaction—and our partners are at the center of that journey. As a Growth Specialist, you will support Zillow’s real estate partners in Preferred Markets by helping them adopt Zillow tools, follow best practices, and implement operational processes that drive efficiency and improve consumer experiences.
Your focus will be on partner enablement, onboarding, and adoption—working from established playbooks and guidance from senior team members to ensure partners have the resources and support they need to succeed. In this role, you’ll apply structured thinking and data-informed judgment to diagnose partner needs, prioritize actions, and drive measurable adoption outcomes.
You’ll be their trusted field-based advisor—an expert in performance optimization, conversion improvement, and Zillow platform adoption. Your mission: drive behavior change, improve partner outcomes, and unlock scalable growth through strategic influence and operational coaching.
About The Role
The Growth Specialist will manage a portfolio composed primarily of new and developing Zillow Premier Agent (ZPA) preferred partners, facilitating onboarding sessions and training to ensure smooth integration of Zillow Home Loans, Follow Up Boss, Zillow Closings, and other platform capabilities. You will lead consultative discovery conversations to clarify success criteria, surface underlying needs, and connect Zillow solutions to partner-relevant value, providing ongoing partner support using established engagement processes. Maintaining clear documentation of plans, risks, and next steps is crucial for reliable follow-through.
A core responsibility is to drive platform adoption by monitoring and encouraging consistent partner use of Zillow’s integrated tools to improve efficiency and client service; identify adoption gaps and adjust support to improve outcomes. You will translate adoption goals into clear action plans, timelines, and success measures—reinforcing the “why,” required behaviors, and milestones. Sharing best practices and providing tailored recommendations using data, partner context, and approved playbooks will influence prioritization and operational choices.
Tracking and reporting on partner activity is essential, utilizing Salesforce and BI dashboards to monitor key performance metrics. You will interpret what’s changing, why it matters, and the likely impact on near-term results. You will identify and flag areas for improvement, diagnosing root causes with guidance, surfacing risks and dependencies early, and recommending a short list of actions grounded in partner reality and Zillow frameworks.
Collaboration across the team is vital, coordinating with cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales, Product, Ops, Loans, Closings) to align on handoffs, responsibilities, and timelines that support partner outcomes. You will participate in team learning sessions and actively seek development opportunities to enhance product, process, and industry knowledge. You will provide timely feedback from partners to help improve onboarding materials and internal processes.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, account coordination, partner enablement, or related roles.
- Background in real estate, SaaS, or B2B consulting strongly preferred.
- Comfortable delivering presentations, facilitating training, and driving change adoption through clear expectations, milestones, and follow-up.
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred) and comfortable learning BI tools like Tableau; disciplined in documentation and operating cadences.
- Strong business and sales acumen: comfortable interpreting funnel and performance metrics, connecting activity to outcomes, and using data to support recommendations.
- Strong communicator who can build relationships and adapt information for different audiences. Works through disagreement with facts and examples, and adapts to different partner styles.
- Able to work independently in a field-based role while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver partner outcomes.
