About The Team

ShowingTime is rapidly growing itself into ShowingTime +! We are expanding our suite of products to become the one-stop shop for agents with their home selling needs. With this growth, we are looking to add to our team of savvy sales representatives as we expand our reach within the real estate technology world! ShowingTime provides an array of solutions for real estate professionals, including its online scheduling platform, a live appointment service option available 24/7/365, recruiting tools for brokerages, and in-depth analytics. We also sell a new industry-leading media service that elevates an agent's home through virtual touring and interactive blueprints.

About The Role

This role will involve handling inbound leads generated from our marketing team, as well as identifying and qualifying prospects through cold calling efforts. You will be responsible for keeping your pipeline clean and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will field incoming leads, qualify, present, and close sales of all our showing solutions. You will self-manage and complete outbound call campaigns to targeted prospects, conduct online demos, and present sophisticated technology. You will also demonstrate your skills interacting with customers, including real estate agents, owners of real estate companies, office managers, and admin staff. Attendance at industry events, customer visits, seminars, and trade shows will also be part of the role.

What does success look like:

  • Within the first 2 weeks, complete training and understand our Product Suite.
  • Within 30 days, hit a RAMP quota and build an initial pipeline.
  • Within 60 days, have a clean pipeline and demonstrate the ability to hit full quota.
  • Within 90 days, be able to pitch our full suite of products.
  • Within 1 year, be at quota and confident in holding Zoom demos with a pitch deck.

Location

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

Compensation

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $25.90 - $41.50 hourly. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $24.60 - $39.40 hourly. In addition to competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.

Who you are

  • Prior software sales experience with demonstrated success and positive references.
  • Comfortable prospecting by phone and managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com.
  • Hard-working, with a positive demeanor and a sense of humor.
  • Experienced in Real Estate or technology sales, or similar inside sales experience selling intangible products or services (1+ years).
  • A professional presenter who articulates and engages via phone, webinar, and in person.

Qualifications

  • A completed four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Articulate and demonstrate detailed follow-up.
  • Technology savvy with experience in Salesforce.com and Salesloft or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Able to self-manage daily activities to achieve a sales quota each month.
  • Effective working with customers to solve problems.
  • 1-year of sales experience closing your own sales.
