Role Overview: Records Management Clerk at Zernam Enterprise Inc.
Zernam Enterprise Inc. is seeking detail-oriented and physically capable Records Management Clerks to support a high-volume records Centre environment. This on-site role focuses on dormant records management and disposition activities within a secure government records facility. Due to operational backlog, additional clerical support is required to assist with essential file handling, cataloguing, and disposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and return records to correct storage locations.
- Catalogue box information and assist with records disposition.
- Separate files for destruction in accordance with procedures.
- Copying, filing, and maintaining documentation.
- Receive and distribute mail.
- Maintain databases and tracking logs.
- Operate standard office equipment.
- Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 22 kg.
- Stand for extended periods while performing tasks.
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Ability to lift boxes up to 22 kg.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Steel toe shoes are mandatory (candidates must provide their own prior to start date).
