We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong data analysis background and an analytical mindset to join our SMB team. You will oversee all stages of the customer lifecycle, providing strategic support to related areas to ensure sustainable optimization.
Our team is responsible for the data governance of the SMB area, focusing on every step of the customer journey. Our goal is to provide analytical and strategic support to related departments by designing and seeking the best solutions, services, and ensuring sustainable optimization for Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, and CS.
Responsibilities
- Support SMB leadership with in-depth funnel stage analyses, providing insights to optimize operations and strategies in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Develop reports and dashboards, ensuring clarity of information and ease of use for all decision-makers.
- Ensure the quality of our data, proposing improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications
The HUMANZ profile we seek:
- Reside in São Paulo/SP.
- Experience in a role combining analysis with marketing business/strategy.
- Experience with tool integrations (e.g., Zapier and Make).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio and Metabase).
- Analytical profile, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data, formulate hypotheses, and test them quantitatively.
Nice to have:
- Experience in technology/SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of Ads platforms such as: Google Ads, Meta Business, etc.
- Experience with web digital analytics tools like: Google Tag Manager, GA4, SemRush, Google Search Console, etc.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, such as: Pardot, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Pipedrive.
