Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and take on a leadership role in our Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, leveraging their expertise in Salesforce development, administration, and integration. This role is critical to our business as it ensures the efficient automation and optimization of our processes, particularly with the Certinia application, which is integral to our operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop robust Flows (Auto-Launched, Record-Triggered, Scheduled) to automate business processes.
- Write, test, and deploy high-quality code using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce technologies.
- Manage and optimize the Certinia application for professional services automation or financial processes.
- Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with project managers and analysts using Azure DevOps for efficient project tracking.
- Utilize VS Code and Flosum for version control and smooth deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices, ensuring our solutions remain current.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong background in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Schedule Apex.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern UI development.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Administration, including configuration, security, reports, and dashboards.
- Hands-on expertise in building complex Flows, including Auto-Launched, Record-Triggered, and Scheduled Flows.
- In-depth knowledge of the Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) application, particularly PSA or ERP Cloud.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or Middleware.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management, and familiarity with Flosum for release management.
- Strong development skills using VS Code with the Salesforce Extension Pack.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
