The Role
As the GTM AI & Systems Analyst, you will work cross-functionally to analyze current GTM processes, identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, and implement scalable solutions. You will use both standard automation tools and AI-driven approaches, creating technical and end-user documentation to support enablement across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and improve existing GTM processes.
- Design and implement automation for CRM and connected systems.
- Prototype and operationalize AI-driven applications.
- Define success metrics and monitor system performance.
- Bridge communication between GTM Operations, Business Applications, and Data teams.
- Document both technical processes and end-user procedures.
- Support day-to-day troubleshooting and maintain system stability.
- Build a scalable, future-proof GTM tech stack.
What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 years of experience (full time or relevant internships).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Tech Stack (Dynamics365, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, PowerBI).
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Dynamics365 Sales, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours due to US collaboration requirements.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and document them effectively.
- Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and clear communication.
- Strong attention to detail with business acumen.
