DevOps Intern - ZenoCloud
We are seeking a motivated DevOps Intern to join our team at ZenoCloud. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core infrastructure and operations, working alongside experienced engineers.
Core Infrastructure & Operations
- Provisioning AWS Resources: Creating, configuring, and managing EC2 instances. You will start with manual configuration via the AWS Management Console and progress to scripting.
- Linux Server Administration: Utilize the terminal extensively for tasks such as SSH connections, directory navigation, file permission management, system resource monitoring, and software package installation.
- Deploying Applications: Successfully deploy and run small applications or services on cloud instances.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Investigate and debug system failures and deployment issues. You will analyze system logs to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for writing bash scripts, interpreting error messages, and researching AWS best practices to enhance efficiency.
Communication & Learning
- Executing the Curriculum: Complete guided projects and modules designed by our senior managed infra team.
- Technical Documentation: Write clear and concise documentation for built systems, troubleshooting processes, and internal guides. Precise communication of technical challenges and solutions is essential.
