As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be at the forefront of transforming how leading brands leverage Zendesk’s AI-powered platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead technical and business discovery to assess customer challenges.
- Architect AI-driven CX and ES solutions with clear business narratives.
- Drive technical strategy through the entire sales cycle.
- Integrate secure, scalable solutions with Zendesk APIs and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product innovation.
- Measure impact using Zendesk analytics and AI performance metrics.
- Champion AI adoption and share thought leadership in the market.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of presales/solutions consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of web/scripting technologies and SaaS architectures.
- Proven track record with customer pilots and proofs of concept.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and practical applications in CX.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
