Role Overview
As a Senior Program Manager on our Product Development team, you will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define and execute the roadmap for capabilities enabling a fully integrated, scalable, and easy-to-use Customer and Employee Service solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide programs with broad impact across multiple departments.
- Guide teams through quarterly planning, roadmap building, and dependency alignment.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues within programs.
- Maintain regular status reporting and facilitate key meetings and ceremonies.
- Drive process improvements for clearer and simpler workflows.
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience driving programs in a software engineering organization.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to build bridges across teams.
- Experience working globally and in multi-cultural environments.
Location & Work Arrangement
This role is open to candidates physically located in Karnataka or Maharashtra and follows a hybrid work model, requiring some in-office attendance.
