Job Overview

The APAC CTO at Zendesk leads customer engagement in the region, aligning product roadmap with market trends in CX and AI innovation. This role synthesizes customer inputs, partners with go-to-market and corporate development teams, and influences global strategy.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive customer success with Zendesk products.
  • Act as executive sponsor for key APAC customers.
  • Influence global product strategy and partner with Corporate Development.
  • Create thought leadership content on CX trends and AI.
  • Align regional insights with global product and GTM teams.
  • Engage in regional CX communities and networks.

How You’ll Do It

This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to communicate complex ideas to C-level executives. You will serve as a single point of contact for product insights and collaborate closely with sales, product, engineering, and GTM teams.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years CX executive experience.
  • Product development and AI expertise.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and competitive environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English and additional APAC languages are an advantage.
